Time is like a river Animation

This is a little thank you animation I did for my online friends and social media followers. Most of the works was done under two days during the weekend.


The original idea of this animation start with a random quick doodle I did long time ago. Originally, I want the animation to have monotone colours, but as I added more stuff later into the animation. It seem that giving it more colours would make it look better.


Characters assets are draw with medibang paint pro and are seperate into different parts inside folder groups. Then the PSD are import into After Effects for animation.


Water refraction and rimple are animate in After Effects using shape path animator tool and filter such as wave warp filter.
