Painting Anime Style Corridor Scene

An anime style painting of a corridor scene. The initial line art was render from my old blender3d model. I notice the window is slightly over detail, thus rendering a confusing line. I also make a mistake with the window, making them too thick. Later I just quickly redraw them.
