Digital Painting Before Heavy Rain
Heavy rain in the morning and inspired to paint a scene before it start to rain heavily with dark clouds using Photoshop. Buildings, street lights are paint over on a photos I took earlier.
Most of the paintings are done using default photoshop brush "Oil Pastel Large" and "Airbrush Hard Round". Glow effects are paint using "Airbrush Soft Round".
