Glowing Sunset Tutorial

From my own experience, I find using 2 layers of glow effect works better for painting glowing sunset artwork. One layer with "overlay" blend mode to bring up the saturation and tint the surrounding area. Another layer with "Linear Dodge" to brighten up the artwork.
