Painting Anime Highway Scene
This is the scene breakdown for my highway scene artwork. The background is a mix of Blender3D internal render and Photoshop painting.
Below are the breakdown (not tutorial) on this artwork, hopefully it will help you in painting your own artwork.
Artwork
This is an older artwork in similar highway settings which I did in November 2012. The use of this color palette is due to my limited skill that time, have to rely heavily on Color Filter.
This is the new artwork. Speaking frankly, there are not much "paint over" on the 3D and most work are just painting the clouds
